- revived The Wisteria Review publication project resulting from a graduate class about historical and contemporary little/literary magazines, and created cover art using photos and sketching, helped collage interior illustrations, and coordinated the final formatting, printing, and binding

- edited approximately 300 recipes and recipe histories written by students, designed temporary website, and composed sample recipe/story and foreword to introduce the project
